Don’t punch out on your training activities
Punching out on your training activities is not the answer
COVID-19 and a volatile market economy are placing much pressure on business cashflow. The net effect is for us to look inwards at ready to hand cost-cutting measures. But unfortunately, we see a rising trend where training activities are tending to take most of the brunt
The real question we must be asking is, “how can our training activities help drive business results?”
Be innovative, seek support, and understand the positive return on investment that effective training brings.
The raven
The raven Munin derives from Norse mythology. Hugin and Munin were Odin’s (King of the Gods) ravens who flew out in the morning and came back in the evening, sitting on his shoulders while giving him information about what was happening in the world.
Munin symbolises our contacts and operations around the world. Just like Munin the raven, we are vigilant, have great knowledge and are trustworthy and discrete.
